Bad, the car charger of the GPS did not work, their phone number is disconnected, they don't respond to email, the tracking number they gave me was incorrect. Hate it, don't buy from them. I want my money back!!! |

It took two weeks before I heard from this seller and he finally shipped an iPod that didn't work. He ultimately gave me a refund after I filed a PayPal dispute, but the entire process took 25 days and I was out the money to ship back the iPod. He explained that he had a family emergency, so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and only giving him a neutral rating. |

He said the product is brand new, but it was not brand new. I think it is used. the product has some scratch, and it was already opened. I think it is not a good choice to buy a product in this seller |

First, seller said he had been sick and wasn't able to send the product until 10 days after my MasterCard was charged (this is not considered in my rating). The software immediately told me that it was an "expired installation package" (AVG ver. 8 build 80) and asked me to upgrade. I checked out the upgrade and they want $59.99 for 2 years for 3 computers. I did not choose to upgrade and continued the install. The install was successful and AVG is now running as AVG 8.0.237. I gave the product a "3" because I was not aware I was buying "expired" software. I did not give it a "1" or "2" because I only paid around $20 inc. shipping and it seems to work okay, but I don't know for how long. In any event, I think I will look elsewhere for products in the future. |
