This was purchased as a Valentines Day gift, you sent a camera with screen protectors removed and taped packaging. I am a professional photographer and this is not the first GIFT camera I purchased, I know what the pacaking should look like, you have two options;
1) FedEx overnight a new camera in perfectpackaging and sealed with a return label for shipping or I will contact PayPal, AmEx which I used to source this transaction (This will cost YOU $25 as an open dispute) and then I will post on pricegrabber as a merchant who cannot be trusted, the box was opened and taped and then packed, how dare you.
The option to send me a new camera has expired, I bought a new one at circuit city, I want a return label sent out and an immediate refund to my Am/Ex, if not I will contact them and have my corporate rep. take care of this. All_Electronic's Response: item sent to buyer was brand new and factory sealed condition. he is claiming as opened and repacked. i am a seller and here to sell the item. why would i open and repack the item? its his stupidity. he said on the phone that it was not packed like the one previously purchased. different model comes with different packing and style. stupid buyer. he has been instructed to return the item on our expense. |

Absolutley horrible experience, your company delivered label maker to my former address when my order "clearly indicates" that my current address is where it was to be shipped.
Exchanged two emails with the person referenced in the email. He/she gave me some lame excuse that Paypal requires them to mail it to their address of record, even though my order clearly states it was to be mailed to my current home address. He/she offered no help.
As of this writing I do not have my label maker.
I will NEVER do business with this firm again!!!!!
mikewreed@hotmail.com All_Electronic's Response: We ship the item to the address that comes with Paypal Payment confirmation email. buyer should contact the seller if there is any error on the shipping to address. It was buyer's fault providing the wrong or old address and complain after the item gets delivered to his/her old address. we are always there to help the buyers but they have to notify us is there is wrong on the address. this buyer wrote me only after it was delivered to his old address and that was 14 days after the item shipped. |
