Although I was sent the wrong product to begin with, the mistake was corrected by the seller after I notified him of the error. I am happy to report that I rceived the item I ordered without delay. I cancelled this order as I changed my mind and ordered a different graphics card. However, the service I received was excellent. It would be preferable to not have to pay the $3 cancellation fee for an item that I did not receive, as I did cancel this order immediately. |

Very courteous, if not particularly knowledgeable, service. Also very prompt shipping at pretty much actual cost (no grossly inflated charges). Would give a 5 star rating, but because this outfit is more of a buying service than an actual store, there is no return policy, which is a distinct disadvantage. |
