never sent it in time - apparently they have to replace the battery - it has been a long wait and I don't know when I'll be getting it - of course if I don't get it they'll have to refund. PCBROKERS's Response: impatient...refunded your money |

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1000 laptop. The product was shipped allright, but I was not satisfied with it and wanted to return it; Customer Service was very rude; they don't guarantee satisfaction; their shipping charges are steep, paid $56 for S&H. If they do take back their products they charge a 35%
restocking fee. PCBROKERS's Response: The customer did not "like" the laptop and refused to absorb s/h charges. No body waives S/H charges if you change you mind. |

I would never buy from pcchips again. Nor would I buy through Pricegrabber again. Of course I would never recommend buying from this user. The item I received was nothing like the advertised product and worth hundreds of dollars less than I paid. I returned the item I bought and better receive the full refund. According to the tracking number, the user should receive the item today. Let's see how fast they refund my money. Thanks for nothing!!!
